Chorus Polaris begins the 2024-2025 season with auditions on August 22, 23, and 24. 

Auditions/assessments are for all new and returning singers and are 20 minutes in length. Prepare a song of your choice or select one of the alternatives provided on the sign-up page.

Your audition time will include a short conversation with the Artistic Director, checking vocal range, and tonal memory.

If none of the available times work for you, we can arrange for an alternate time. Information is available on the sign-up page.

2024-25 Sneak Peak

​Join us this season as we present Music for Life's Journey on November 3, 2024 at First Lutheran Church in Columbia Heights. This concert will feature a new composition by noted singer-songwriter, Ken Medema. We anticipate tickets will be available beginning September 3, 2024.

​In April 2025, we join the Mississippi Valley Orchestra in their presentation of  W. A.  Mozart's Requiem.

​Finally, we are thrilled to culminate our season in a collaboration with StreetSong MN - an exciting choir comprised of persons 'experienced' in homelessness. StreetSong MN has performed with the award winning vocal ensemble Cantus, is currently collaborating with Voces8, and will collaborate with Chorus Polaris in May 2025. Through its music, Streetsong MN presents an opportunity for engagement in the cause of ending homelessness.
